About the Job

Are you enthusiastic about guaranteeing our clients derive maximum value from their lead capture solutions? We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to champion our SmartScan app, delivering exceptional service to exhibitors at various trade events.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind customer satisfaction, helping exhibitors optimise their experience with the LiveBuzz Exhibitor Hub and successfully promoting the SmartScan app.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact exhibitors at tradeshows through proactive outreach, ensuring they understand and maximize the benefits of the LiveBuzz Exhibitor Hub, with a specific focus on promoting the SmartScan app
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing inquiries, and troubleshooting any challenges they may encounter.
  • Prepare comprehensive customer success reports, maintaining accurate records of activities, and utilising data-driven insights to enhance service delivery.

 

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably within the events industry.
  • Proven track record of fostering positive client relationships and achieving upsell goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in working with Hubspot
  • Expert in Excel
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office 365, particularly SharePoint
