Are you a tech-savvy event professional who thrives in fast-paced environments? Do you have a passion for event registration technology, project management, and onsite execution? We're looking for an Event Technology & Registration Manager to oversee end-to-end registration operations, manage client projects, and deliver exceptional onsite experiences at conferences, trade shows, and expositions.

 
What You’ll Do:

Pre-Event Project Management & System Administration

  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary client contact for registration services, ensuring a smooth and structured process.
  • Project Coordination: Use tools like ClickUp to manage project timelines, testing, and implementation.
  • Manage registration builds: Use our backend CMS to create and maintain online registration for conferences and expositions.
  • Marketing Support: Assist clients with email campaigns and SMS messaging.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, development teams, and onsite operations to ensure seamless execution.

Onsite Event Execution & Technical Management

  • Lead onsite registration operations at trade shows, conferences, and expositions.
  • Setup & troubleshoot registration equipment, including badge printers and kiosks.
  • Crowd & entrance management to ensure smooth attendee flow and check-in experiences.
  • Onsite client support to troubleshoot technical issues and provide real-time solutions.
  • Work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing event needs.

 

What You Bring:
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CMS platforms and event tech systems.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple events, timelines, and client requirements efficiently.
  • Event Experience: Understanding of the event industry, particularly expositions and conferences.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to liaise with clients, internal teams, and onsite staff effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Capable of working under pressure and adapting quickly to dynamic environments.
  • Customer-Focused Attitude: Committed to delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility & Travel: Willing to travel across the U.S. and work occasional weekends or extended hours for events.
