We are on the hunt for an awesome Lead Capture Sales Superstar to join our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for selling our lead capture app, SmartScan, to exhibitors at trade events by phone and email.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the events industry.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to exhibitors and talk them through all the benefits of the LiveBuzz Exhibitor Hub, making sure they are getting the best out of it and upsell our SmartScan app
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the events industry or related field
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience working with Zoho CRM
  • Expert in Excel
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office 365, particularly SharePoint


This is a full time role based in our Coventry office.
