Whether it’s helping our clients master the LiveBuzz platform, training our rockstar team, or collaborating to create new onboarding magic, you’ll be at the forefront of making events awesome.
What You’ll Be Doing (A Day in the Life)
- Trainer Extraordinaire: Develop and deliver engaging training sessions to clients, employees, and partners that make learning our platform a delight.
- Client Whisperer: Work closely with clients to ensure they’re confident in using our software, with plenty of "wow, this is easy!" moments.
- Training Architect: Design cutting-edge e-learning modules, videos, guides, and how-to’s that cater to different learning styles.
- Problem-Solver-in-Chief: Troubleshoot training-related tech hiccups and provide top-notch support during onboarding.
- Tech Evangelist: Stay ahead of the curve, ensuring our team and clients are using our platform’s latest features to their fullest potential.
- LiveBuzz Ambassador: Occasionally travel to client sites or events to lead on-the-ground training (and soak in the buzz of live events).
What You Bring to the Hive
- Experience in Training: You’ve designed and delivered tech training sessions that people still rave about. Bonus if it’s in SaaS or event technology!
- Tech Savvy: You can navigate platforms like a pro and pick up new systems faster than your friends pick up memes.
- Communication Wizardry: Whether it’s live training, virtual webinars, or a written guide, you make technical stuff simple and engaging.
- Adaptability: Every day at LiveBuzz is a little different – you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Passion for Events: A love for live events (and the occasional badge of honour from working one) is a big plus.
