At the start of 2018 LiveBuzz implemented its “quality first” strategy with and emphasis on client retention and acquisition of “quality clients”. By quality clients LiveBuzz refers to organisers that value the expertise and technical capabilities that LiveBuzz offers. Equally trade organisers who realise that sometimes investing in quality core services often yield greater value and show profits.

Following this “Quality First” strategy LiveBuzz’s retention rate for 2018 is at a company record of 98%. A success rate that was reflected in the companies success at the EN and AEO awards for customer service and technology.

Alongside the above LiveBuzz has recently won The Running Show a consumer show at the NEC, Fully Charged another consumer show focused on renewable energy and the burgeoning EV markets, The PrintShow at the NEC which recorded a record year working alongside LiveBuzz, alongside a raft of new events from existing clients.

Justin Craig comments: “With a focus on client retention and less on new wins and sales, we’ve adopted a “quality first” strategy.  We are totally committed to delivering what we beleive is the best service available and try not to compromise on that.  A net result of that is that our client retention lies at a company record of 98% for 2018.  Ironically this has lead to LiveBuzz attracting quality organisers who understand the value we bring and realise that they can’t chase to the bottom line on costs as that would impact on the success of their events.  They understand an investment in quality often results in better service and increased profits.”
