After the first event with LiveBuzz I have to admit that it was the smoothest registration process in my entire career.
We have partnered with LiveBuzz as our registration provider since the inception of our event – Plant Based World Expo Europe. Not only do they provide an unparallelled professional service, but their team are extremely helpful, and always on-hand to support the show team before, during and after our event. As our Event Registration Technology partner of almost 10 years, LiveBuzz really has become an extension of the team. This was evident as we came out of lockdown and began to plan our PPMA 2022 event. We could immediately see how their new online Exhibitor Manual product would save time for us and our exhibitors, through the automation of operational tasks - and that’s exactly what it delivered. There have also been huge efficiencies for our exhibitors thanks to the task list feature, which really helps us keep track on progress, when key deadlines are looming. Thanks for your hard work over the last few days (and before!). The event was a MASSIVE success. It was great working with the LiveBuzz team. From the registration desk to theatre management to daily updates on reg numbers, we felt safe, supported and informed in what was our first time out for this event.
We haven’t looked back since LiveBuzz became our Event Registration Technology partner in 2016 and moving the event website to LiveBuzz in 2018 meant that all our event data and digital content was on a single platform, published beautifully by the LiveBuzz Exhibitor and Seminar content modules. When LiveBuzz came to us and explained how seamlessly we could incorporate their new online Exhibitor manual into the existing exhibitor journey for Exclusively 2023, we could instantly see the time saving benefits of automating form submissions, as well as keeping track on exhibitor progress as they work through the task list feature.
We’ve had a seamless experience with LiveBuzz when migrating over to their registration, website and app platforms. It was a no-brainer to switch to all 3 and it’s meant the user journey has improved tenfold and our workloads have eased massively in terms of setup and execution. There’s swift and friendly customer service and super knowledgeable and solutions-focussed teams across the board - we would definitely recommend!
