The research we got back from Explori on 100% Optical 2019 demonstrated that we as an event are scoring exceptionally highly on a number of key areas. I was delighted to see that Registration performed exceptionally well, with delegates AND exhibitors rating the service - supplied by our registration partner, LiveBuzz - very highly (top in event attributes). Having done this research we are able to benchmark ourselves against other trade shows and our competitors, and we were delighted to see we are scoring above our competitors and peers across the board.

After finishing another blockbuster Screwfix Live event I wanted to thank you for an incredible delivery from the LiveBuzz team. You absolutely nailed it, and it’s a big gig with lots of elements and LOTS of visitors and kids! The technical supports, Jay & Harry, quietly got on with the job at hand and nothing seemed a problem, they were a joy to work with as was Kirsty. My staff contact Desiree just never fails to deliver an Oscar performance whatever is thrown at her. I don’t know how she does it but she always seems to have energy in the tank when everyone else is on their knees! Her onsite staff support were also excellent and very hardworking.
