Once again it was a pleasure working with LiveBuzz on the January Furniture Show. You are always pro-active, making sure we are on track with all the various elements. Azin is a great addition to your team and she was great at covering for Lindsay during her holiday! We look forward to working with you again on our next project.

We haven’t looked back since LiveBuzz became our Event Registration Technology partner in 2016 and moving the event website to LiveBuzz in 2018 meant that all our event data and digital content was on a single platform, published beautifully by the LiveBuzz Exhibitor and Seminar content modules. When LiveBuzz came to us and explained how seamlessly we could incorporate their new online Exhibitor manual into the existing exhibitor journey for Exclusively 2023, we could instantly see the time saving benefits of automating form submissions, as well as keeping track on exhibitor progress as they work through the task list feature. 

Just wanted to send across my thanks to all the staff that worked on the event at the QEII last week. I won’t hesitate working with LiveBuzz again in the future. All staff were on-site with plenty of time to spare, well presented and very professional throughout. Looking forward to working with you in the future.

Thanks for your hard work over the last few days (and before!). The event was a MASSIVE success. It was great working with the LiveBuzz team. From the registration desk to theatre management to daily updates on reg numbers, we felt safe, supported and informed in what was our first time out for this event.

As our Event Registration Technology partner of almost 10 years, LiveBuzz really has become an extension of the team. This was evident as we came out of lockdown and began to plan our PPMA 2022 event. We could immediately see how their new online Exhibitor Manual product would save time for us and our exhibitors, through the automation of operational tasks - and that’s exactly what it delivered. There have also been huge efficiencies for our exhibitors thanks to the task list feature, which really helps us keep track on progress, when key deadlines are looming. We trust LiveBuzz to come to us with solutions that genuinely help us as organisers and make a huge difference to our event and the user experience.

After finishing another blockbuster Screwfix Live event I wanted to thank you for an incredible delivery from the LiveBuzz team. You absolutely nailed it, and it’s a big gig with lots of elements and LOTS of visitors and kids! The technical supports, Jay & Harry, quietly got on with the job at hand and nothing seemed a problem, they were a joy to work with as was Kirsty. My staff contact Desiree just never fails to deliver an Oscar performance whatever is thrown at her. I don’t know how she does it but she always seems to have energy in the tank when everyone else is on their knees! Her onsite staff support were also excellent and very hardworking.

Thanks for all your help. Amber was brilliant! We loved having her on the stand. I had a lot of great feedback from the team. Very friendly and personable not only to customers but to our staff. Very proactive, checking on customers who seemed a bit lost. Please pass on my thanks to Amber from all of us at Luxottica as she made a big contribution to a successful weekend.

Firstly, I wanted say a HUGE thank you to your team this week. I had lots of great feedback from our EVP about LiveBuzz and how modern the new badge system looks.

I just want to personally say how good the onsite LiveBuzz team were, as well as the account management in the lead up too.

We trusted the LiveBuzz hostess team with being the first touch point on our launch event in Barcelona this year. It was the smartest move we made. They welcomed each guest with a smile, hello and 100% professionalisms whilst successful working with a registration system they had never seen before. Great people and a great comfort to know they were part of our team.

We’ve had a seamless experience with LiveBuzz when migrating over to their registration, website and app platforms. It was a no-brainer to switch to all 3 and it’s meant the user journey has improved tenfold and our workloads have eased massively in terms of setup and execution. There’s swift and friendly customer service and super knowledgeable and solutions-focussed teams across the board - we would definitely recommend!

It has been great working with LiveBuzz again for Road Transport Expo 2024. The team leading up to the event and on site were so professional and helpful. Nothing seemed like too much trouble! Thank you to everyone involved in the event and we look forward to working with you again next year!
