Official Quotes Generated from the Basket


Exhibitors can now generate a quote directly from their basket before placing an order:

The quote is presented in a clear, printable format (like an invoice), helping exhibitors obtain internal approvals more easily and reducing pre-order queries. The document contains a 'QUOTE' watermark as well as a unique quote number.

There is also a foot note highlighting that prices are not guaranteed and might change at any time if price uplifts come into effect.

Send Quotes Directly from the Order Wizard


When creating an order on behalf of an exhibitor, you can now send a quote directly from the wizard.

A PDF quote is automatically generated and emailed (as per the above example), allowing you to quickly share pricing without needing to prepare documents separately.

Purchase Order Numbers Included on Invoices


Exhibitors can now add their Purchase Order (PO) number during checkout.

This will appear on the final invoice, if provided.

This supports customers who require PO references for finance approval and helps minimise invoicing questions after orders are placed.

Manage Multiple Contractor Accounts with a Single Login


Contractor users who are assigned to more than one contractor account can now access and manage products, orders, and reporting across all their associated contractors within a single login. This is particularly helpful for contractors supplying multiple services that are setup separately.

Bulk Product Import with Variants and Upsells


Product management is now more efficient with enhanced CSV import functionality. The product bulk import can now include both variants and upsell relationships, making it faster to onboard new catalogues or maintain existing ones.
