The AEO is delighted to announce that LiveBuzz has been appointed as the official and exclusive registration partner of the association for 2017. The partnership will include the provision of event registration services, data management and event staffing.

LiveBuzz and the AEO will also work together at a more strategic level on initiatives that will add value to AEO members, including research projects and white papers that deliver insight into visitor attendance and engagement. The first AEO event which LiveBuzz will be working on is the AEO Forums, which takes place on 27th January. Registration is already open for this event at www.aeoforums.org.uk

Chris Skeith, chief executive, of the AEO says: “It’s important that our delegates, our members and their customers have the best possible customer journey at our events.  Following an open tendering process we appointed LiveBuzz and we’re confident our members and delegates will experience a best practice registration process.”

Chris continues: “In addition to managing the registration process leading up to each event, we’re looking forward to working with LiveBuzz on a more strategic level and discussing how we can add further value to our members through insight and innovation.”

LiveBuzz will provide registration and staffing for all AEO signature events in 2017 including the AEO Forums, AEO Excellence Awards and the AEO Conference. LiveBuzz will also provide registration, staffing, badging and data for the FaceTime Exhibitor Masterclasses which run throughout the UK.

Chris Hartley, commercial director, at LiveBuzz says: “We’re delighted to be working with the AEO in 2017, the relationship supports the work we currently provide to many of the AEOs current members, whilst raising awareness of the breadth of market leading services we offer. In today’s market, registration companies deliver very differentiated offers, the AEO partnership allows LiveBuzz to showcase our premium service to key market stakeholders. We’re excited about the opportunity this partnership presents and keen to use insight to forge a deeper relationship with the AEO and its members.”
