LiveBuzz has entered into a deeper partnership with Mash Media to provide a fully integrated suite of services, including social advocate marketing, event website, registration, digital meeting planning and staffing services to its trio of co-located shows – Confex, EPS and Office* - in February 2018.
The announcement means that LiveBuzz has now supported the Mash Media trio for four consecutive years. However, in 2018 LiveBuzz will be deploying a powerful new software solution for the first time, combining registration, exhibitor services, website design, email personalisation and meeting planning tools.
Commenting on the announcement, Justin Craig, joint managing director at LiveBuzz, said: “I’m delighted that Mash Media has seen fit to appoint LiveBuzz to work on this trio of prestigious events. Although this will be our fourth year, we have had to pitch to be reappointed every year. Mash Media are – quite rightly – very demanding of their suppliers. They demand the latest and best solutions, which deliver value to the visitor and exhibitor experience. This obliges us to keep innovating and to keep raising the standards of the service we provide.”
“In this instance, we are deploying two new tools; one which allows organisers and exhibitors to create highly personalised emails to send to very specific sub-sets of their event database. The other is a meeting planning tool which will allow visitors to arrange meetings with relevant exhibitors and vice-versa. These two new tools will be fully integrated into our LiveControl system from which users can also manage all their registration related activities.”
Confex is the UK’s leading event for organisers of national and international events, featuring a mix of venue and destination operators and event suppliers. EPS – the Event Production Show – is the leading event for the UK’s live event sector, bringing together event organisers and infrastructure suppliers. Alongside those two shows is Office* which connects PAs, EAs and office managers with event venues, accommodation, office equipment and furniture suppliers.
