Events with paid entry

For events where payment facilities are required we can either integrate with your secure payment provider where payments are paid direct into your own online merchant account OR we can provide our own LivePay online service where payments go into our account on your behalf. Whichever way is best for you!

Exhibitor Services

We have a dedicated Exhibitor Services Department who look after the needs of your exhibitors in preparation for your show.  They will be able to advise you on all aspects of the Exhibitor Hub and how best to maximise the benefits it offers you and your exhibitors.  Exhibitor Hub:  Each exhbitor will have their own individual 'hub' where they can order staff badges for their team, data capture services, invite guests using a unique trackable url link provided. This is also the place where they will find the data collected from any data capture devices they've hired for use at the show.

 

Do you want us to provide online registration for Exhibitor staff?
Do you want Exhibitors to be able to purchase delegate passes?
Do you have an online Exhibitor Manual? If so, we can provide a 'single sign' on link from the manual into the Exhibitor hub without the need to log in to two platforms to order badges etc… is this something you would like? Who is your Online Manual provider?
Do you want to restrict the number of badges that exhibitors can order? If so do you charge them for additional exhibitor badges over and above their permitted allowance?
Are there any other exhibitor marketing features we've not mentioned that you are interested in?

 

Data capture services - Exhibitors

We have hand-held scanners (Handiscan) and a data capture APP (Smartscan) which are available for purchase via the Exhibitor Hub. Contact data collected by an exhibitor is quickly and easily available to the exhibitor online via their exhibitor hub. If using the Smartscan immediately if using the handiscan after the scanner has been downloaded at registration.

Badge Materials and styles

A6 and standard size badges are available.  We use hole-punched, sticky back badge-stock onsite that are suitable to hang direct from a sponsors lanyard without the need for a plastic badge-holder.  We can provide similar badge-stock for use with a badge-holder if required. 

How would you prefer to send badges to your registrants:

 

PDF badge?
E-mail confirmation with a barcode?
Posting Badges via Royal Mail? If so which Badge Type / category?
Which, if any, type of Badge Holder do you want? Clear clipless or croc clips?

 

Additional Registration Services

Do you require any additional registration web forms. For example for Press, VIP's?
Do you require vetting or approval facilities. If yes which badge types do you need it for?
Do you require photo badge printing - specifically useful if the event has any security elements?
Do you require 'group booking'? (ie - A Lead booker registering a group of individuals)?

Event Staffing

LiveBuzz have their own International Event Staffing Agency. There is a core element of the staff that work across many of our events, they are experienced in the roles we cater for and know how to use the system. The only 'learning curve' onsite for them is about the event at which they are working on that day. Our rates are competitive and Dani Ambel our head of Staffing will liaise with you under separate cover as to your staffing requirements.
