LiveBuzz is proud to have achieved Silver Accreditation from NeuroKind, recognising our commitment to creating a workplace that supports and celebrates neurodiversity.

This accreditation marks an important milestone in our continuous journey towards building a more inclusive workplace. We remain dedicated to making a positive impact that ensure all colleagues feel supported, valued, and able to thrive at LiveBuzz.

We want to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable and able to contribute their best. The NeuroKind Charter report allowed us look at internal processes and office environment to assure we are accommodating and supportive to our employees. We will be rolling out training to help our team understand neurodiversity, break down misconceptions, and learn practical ways to work inclusively together. This training will also extend into our hiring processes, ensuring we meet any specific needs of neurodivergent candidates so they can demonstrate their skills and potential. To embed these values across our business, we have created a dedicated leadership team focused on neurodiversity. This group champions initiatives, supports individuals, and ensures LiveBuzz continues to make meaningful, proactive progress.

The NeuroKind Founder, Jamie Wallis, revealed: “The NeuroKind Charter was created to be a way for organisations of any type or size to develop a bespoke pathway towards creating a workplace that truly empowers great minds that think differently to reach their full potential.”

LiveBuzz recognises the importance of being a neuro-inclusive workplace, and we want to lead a wider movement across the events industry. By encouraging both suppliers and organisers to embrace neurodivergent individuals, we can create environments where everyone can thrive.
