This is a full-time role, primarily standard office hours, from our head office in Coventry, but flexible working can be accommodated after an initial office-based period. A lot of training will be learnt on the job, but it is imperative you have at least 1-2 years of commercial experience as well as having maturity and a very good level of knowledge in:

  • Communicating and liaising with account managers to deal with requests and functionality for the project build/setup
  • Ability to help support, pickup and work on colleague’s projects where needed

This is a fast-paced role where project builds can take anywhere from a few hours to several weeks depending on the scope and complexity. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to plan their own day effectively.

On rare occasions during very busy periods, we may need you to support our technical teams onsite at events around the country or overseas. During these periods any travel, accommodation or subsistence costs will be met by the business.
