  • Full-Time

Are you a tech-savvy professional who can turn complex concepts into clear, confidence-building “a-ha” moments? Do you enjoy training teams, supporting clients, and keeping up with the latest event technology? If so, you could be the Technical Training Manager we’re looking for.

At LiveBuzz, we’re redefining event technology for the modern age. We need someone who can deliver high-quality technical training across our platform — from onboarding new clients, to empowering our internal teams, to helping shape best-in-class learning experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Training Delivery: Design and deliver engaging training sessions for clients, employees, and partners, ensuring a smooth and confident adoption of the LiveBuzz platform.
  • Client Enablement: Work closely with clients to ensure they feel supported and capable when using our software, particularly during onboarding.
  • Learning Design: Create effective training materials including e-learning modules, videos, guides, and documentation to suit different learning styles.
  • Technical Support: Assist with training-related technical issues and provide hands-on support during implementations.
  • Product Advocacy: Stay up to date with platform enhancements and ensure best practice usage is shared across teams and clients.
  • LiveBuzz Representation: Occasionally travel to client sites or live events to deliver on-site training and support.

What You Bring

  • Training Experience: Proven experience designing and delivering technical training. Experience within SaaS or event technology is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Confidence: Comfortable learning and navigating new platforms, with the ability to explain them clearly to others.
  • Strong Communication: Able to engage audiences through live training, virtual sessions, and written materials.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys variety in day-to-day work.
  • Event Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in live events and event technology.
  • Positive Energy: Enthusiastic, curious, and proactive, with a collaborative mindset.

What’s in It for You

  • Opportunities to attend and support exciting events and conferences.
  • Ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.
  • A role where your ideas and input genuinely influence how we train and support users.
  • A supportive, collaborative team that values both performance and people.
