About the Job

Our event app is at the forefront of this mission, designed to empower event organisers and elevate attendee engagement. We’re on the hunt for a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients derive maximum value from this exciting tool.
Key Responsibilities
- App Configuration: Use our backend CMS to build and maintain event apps for conferences and exhibitions in the United Kingdom but also across the globe. Each app is customisable, so is set up to meet the needs of each individual client, including configuring interactive floorplans for some events.
- Monitor App Adoption rates: Help clients get the best results from their app; working with them to find ways to get as many attendees as possible utilising the product and implementing these strategies. Utilise our email builder to style and add content for triggering email sends.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients who utilise our event app. Act as the primary point of contact, understanding their needs, and ensuring their success in using our platform to enhance their events.
- Onboarding and Training: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto our event app platform. Provide comprehensive training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in utilising all features and functionalities effectively.
- Proactive Support and Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor client accounts to identify any potential issues or challenges. Provide timely and effective support, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering solutions to ensure seamless operation during events.
- Customer Success Strategy: Contribute to developing and implement strategies to drive customer success and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for product improvements or enhancements based on client feedback and usage patterns.
What you bring:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably within the events industry
- Proven track record of fostering positive client relationships.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Problem solving mindset
- Willingness to learn
- High attention to detail
