We’re looking for an Online Manuals & Marketplace Coordinator to play a central role in ensuring our manuals, marketplace setups, and system launches are accurate, organised, and ready for delivery.
This is a key operational role that helps ensure our platform performs seamlessly for organisers, suppliers, and exhibitors.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manual & Marketplace Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for online manuals and marketplace queries. Collate and maintain documentation, ensuring it is clear, accurate, and up to date. Gather and prepare product information and images ready for marketplace setup.
System Setup & Data Management:
Import and validate exhibitor data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare and test email proofs before approval and launch.
Testing & Quality Control:
Carry out thorough system testing prior to launch to confirm functionality. Log and track development issues via Zendesk, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Task & Deadline Management:
Schedule and track tasks using ClickUp (or similar tools), ensuring milestones and deadlines are met across multiple concurrent events.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain clear and professional communication between organisers, suppliers, developers, and internal production teams.
What You Bring
Organisation & Attention to Detail:
Highly organised with strong coordination skills and exceptional attention to detail, particularly when handling documentation and data.
Technical Confidence:
Comfortable navigating systems and working with developers. Familiar with task management tools and ticketing platforms.
Clear Communication:
Strong written communication skills, particularly for documentation and email proofs. Confident delivering training sessions or demos via Microsoft Teams.
Adaptability:
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and structure.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Outlook (rules, shared mailboxes, scheduling), strong Excel and Word skills, and experience using tools such as ClickUp, Asana or Monday.
Desirable
- Experience using Zendesk or similar support systems
- Basic understanding of testing or quality assurance processes
- Experience within events, SaaS, or digital platforms
