Registration CMS Administrator

What you'll do

• Using our backend CMS to build and maintain online registration for conferences and exhibitions in the United Kingdom but also across the globe
• Be a point of contact for our CMS system e.g. assessing client requests, assisting other members of the team with the system and liaising with the development team for future implementation features/improvements
• Be able to communicate technical processes in a quick and efficient manner to members of the team who are less technically competent
• Using our project management tool “ClickUp” to manage your time efficiently to keep up with project milestones for design and testing
• Using our email builder to style and add content for triggering email sends
• Communicating and liaising with account managers to deal with requests and functionality for the project build/setup
• Ability to help support, pickup and work on colleague’s projects where needed

This is a fast-paced role where project builds may need to be turned around within a day depending on the scope and complexity. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to plan their own day effectively in line with our agile way of working to meet project timelines.
