The new LiveBuzz Event App. No integration needed!

At LiveBuzz, we’re all about solving real world problems for event organisers. That’s why we’ve developed our own fully integrated event app – eliminating data integration headaches for organisers and delivering a truly frictionless user experience for exhibitors and attendees alike! This case study outlines how Clarion’s DTX+UCX and IRX&eDX teams became first in line to bring the new LiveBuzz event app to their events in May 2024.

The partnership began in 2021, initially delivering registration, exhibitor services and lead generation for the DTX+UCX and IRX&eDX events. Through successful collaboration came the opportunity to help the event teams simplify their existing tech stack, reduce supplier touchpoints and complexity, as well as save time and money.

Journey

The Journey

The next step of the journey for DTX+UCX and IRX&eDX was moving their event websites to LiveBuzz in 2023, introducing huge efficiencies through the automation of data and digital exhibitor, products, seminar and speaker content with our integrated content modules.

By simply registering for the event, access to the app is completely frictionless. One click, and you’re in the app! Utilising the latest PWA (Progressive Web App) technologies, including push notifications, there’s no need to download a separate app, and access to the app is just a click away after registration. The App is brand matched to the event and organisers can add custom content / sponsorship as required.

Exhibitors need only create their exhibitor profile and upload products ONCE, in the LiveBuzz Exhibitor Hub, and this digital content can then be deployed instantly to the event website via our content modules, and the Exhibitor Listing on the LiveBuzz Event App.
