Combining the expertise, systems and capabilities of See Tickets and LiveBuzz brought multiple operational benefits and cost reductions to the organisers of the Podcast Show.

Consumer ticket sales and show marketing were handled by See as part of its full service offering whilst the LiveBuzz platform was used to manage exhibitor and speaker registration.

Solution

Capabilities demonstrated

On site, See’s team scanned all visitors, with LiveBuzz handling exhibitor registrations, speaker badging, entrance and session scanning. See and LiveBuzz systems were synced, meaning only one type of scanner was needed to scan all barcodes, reducing organiser costs.

Exhibitors were able to purchase the LiveBuzz Smart Scan app through their personalised exhibitor hub at a mark up to the event organiser enabling them to recoup some LiveBuzz event registration costs.

When exhibitors scanned a See customer e-badge, data was instantly pulled from the See system and displayed in the app enabling the exhibitor to add notes or fill in questions they had set up in the hub. All resulting leads were available in real time in the hub.
